My Identity as a Psychotherapist

Coming Soon!

My identity as a psychotherapist is still taking shape — and I think that's exactly as it should be. I'm in the final stretch of my graduate training, sitting with the questions that I believe every good therapist must wrestle with: Who am I in the room? What do I bring? What do I still need to learn? A fuller reflection on this is coming soon, but the short answer is that I'm someone who believes healing happens in relationship, that the whole person matters, and that the mind and body are never truly separate.
